Charles E. P. Wood

Charles Edwin Peterson Wood founded cep&c in early 1989 to bring his large cap business experience to mid cap companies. Charlie has 30 years of leadership and business experience. His career has taken him to Asia, Australia, Europe, Latin America, and throughout the United States. He led teams for Credit Suisse First Boston while he was based in New York, London, and Los Angeles in the 1980's. In addition, he led PricewaterhouseCoopers' West Region middle market corporate finance practice in the late 1990's.

Charlie earned his AB in Politics [who said there was any science to politics] from Princeton University in 1970. Funded in part by the GI Bill and a GTE Fellowship, he earned his MBA in finance and accounting from the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 1976. Prior to entering Stanford, Charlie served as an infantry platoon commander leading D/1/9 in the United States Marine Corps, attaining the rank of Captain.

Charles Edwin Peterson

Born in Birdsboro, Pennsylvania, in 1920. Mr. Peterson married the former Margaret Winifred Riddle, a Mercer College student, prior to sailing to Europe to fight in the Battle of the Bulge. Upon returning home, he earned his BS in Chemical Engineering from Bucknell University, but died suddenly in 1951, shortly before he was to receive his MSChE.

Charles E. P. Wood Jr earned his AB from Princeton University in 2000. He trained professionally with PricewaterhouseCoopers Management Consulting Services (ASCENT), working on client teams in New York. At cep&c, Charlie Jr has been an integral part of sales, acquisitions, financings, and corporate financial advisory assignments. His talent has been invaluable in the development of client forecasts and financial models, skills he now refines while working toward his MBA from the McCombs School of Business at the University of Texas - Austin.

Adam F. Kinsinger joined cep&c from Bernstein Investment Research and Management in 2004. His experience in translating complicated financial data into straightforward presen-tations has made him an asset in presenting industry specific data to laymen. In addition to his mar-keting expertise, he has a background in trust and estate planning and financial management. Of particular note are his grahpic design skills (no PCs allowed).

John R. Hall III, a native Coloradan,earned his BA in mathematical economics from Pomona College. After a year of professional sales and marketing experience, he was lured to cep&c to bring his depth of knowledge in economic modeling, corporate strategy, and financial accounting.
